Ingredients

  • iv (6 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3/four teaspoon kosher common salt

  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-stale tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

  4. Reduce heat to medium and add remaining teaspoon olive oil to pan. Add together diced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 4-v minutes, until softened.
  5. Add garlic and sunday-dried tomatoes and sauté for 30 more seconds.
  6. Add chicken goop and cream cheese and stir until melted. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, along with whatsoever accumulated juices, and turn to coat them in the sauce. Superlative the craven breasts with the mozzarella cheese (almost 1/4 loving cup for each one).
